The guy did help the victim and deserves justice since he himself was a bully victim, he truly just help others, look at it, he did not use his skill on someone weaker just for amusement or anything, but instead use it to get revenge on the bad one(stupid bully). The one who said to arrest him are seriously not in their right mind i think, sorry for any harsh word.

@Dania Hdf actually no, he went too far. He isn't even supposed to do any of this because he doesn't work at trpa. It's considered as assault. He's just doing this for his own satisfaction and sadistic natures.
@Dania Hdf Actually he should. Kids these days don't take into the legal issues that comes with this. There are many things wrong with this. Kids don't realize that, but an adult does. There are several issues. His acts of vigilant uses violence to an extreme level that can get close to one accidentally dying. This doesn't solve the problem, but rather increases it. Also he impersonated TRPA. This damages TRPA since TRPA is a government organization and has to follow the legal system. What the kid did would just damage TRPA and people trying to take town TRPA would just use it against them. If he wanted to punish bullies then he should have applied to the TRPA rather than doing a crime. His actions can cause the TRPA to get abolished and that would just cause TRPA to cease to exist and become illegal.
