@Liset a small tip i can give you isthat while youre trying to lose weight, dont force yourself to not eat chocolate, biscuits or anything that is considered fattening. Instead, have them every once in a while as this will then stop the over eating of these foods when given the chance. In this way, you still satisfy those cravings, and also sets you inthe mindset that its okay to eat them while dieting which makes trying to lose weight not as Torturous.
