to kill time. This is more "like" than "love". I can read 600 chapter , finish 3 differents seasons, compared the manga to the anime. Or two works by the same author to see if it's improved and just think meh not to my liking. 
For example i read the mistress run away and i don't like this at all like really buuuuuuut sometimes i get back by curiosity just to see if thing get better or worse and many people do it too this his funny and frustrating. 
But still interesting this can help when you try to write/draw your own story.
After that it's my personal opinion.
