girl please its not cute its just as boring as the other ones,
strong independent female character then we got this thing trying to "protect" her even tho she doesn't need it.

shes still strong and independent? Even if she gets a love interest that doesn't mean she'll randomly change. Also the fact that she doesn't need the protection is apart of the comedy. Also you must really think you big and mighty and defending womanhood or sum 😭

I get that. Their romance is cute, but it's also nice to see a strong female lead who doesn't actually want or need a man. At least she's got the latter in spades. She definitely doesn't need anyone to protect her.

the romance rn is useless, i mean just wait till something thats worth defending her starts like for example when shes being attacked, bullied or any nonsence school drama happens, then thats the right time to defend her. not when she doesnt need it, i mean yeah he's protecting her from her school reputation wich she doesn't really care for, so in conclusion {Useless}.
