Not exactly. Yokais and the like are seriously strong, and in case of an invasion they wouldn't go down without a fight, so they serve as a deterrent. But it's not like they're a united, organized front serving as earth defence force. In fact they're quite individualistic. Plus these beings come from an outside galaxy, maybe they didn't have informations on yokais until they acquired serpo's knowledge

Kekko is correct and as rokuro said, theyre near the Kofun Pyramid terminal and acquired Okarun's ba.ll
The Kofun is basically a Backdoor and with his bal.l, apparently is enough to instantly bring all the armada
What are the scattered Youkais gonna do when a united front ambushes inside the defense, thatll shock any defense enough to probably takeover atleast japan
