Aight guys, I'm back on the front page asking for reccs (been a while, though). I've been feeling the need for some good manga/mahwa where the mc builds a kingdom or town, or even just an army. And I really don't want some of those well known ones such as realist hero, I want some of the more obscure ones. Thanks, people.
@Loli Slayer Starting From Today I'll Work As A City Lord, Release That Witch, The Viridescent Crown, and Magic Emperor. The last 2 may not be the exact genre, but they have a building vibe.
