Yeah, I thought so too. Remember the previous chapter when he consoled the MC and the MC felt like someone used a healing skill on him? The president's skills have something to do with words, right? Perhaps when he said, "You need to forgive yourself," he activated his skill. It's not a healing skill but an order to forgive himself, similar to how that reaper guy kneeled when he ordered. It could also be a test. If the doctor receives a penalty, then the MC is a normal person, but if not, then the MC is a player. That's why he asked if the MC still plays that game But then again, I could be wrong, so don't mind me.

@sceeths I think your theory is correct and also mc's results on the test might be evendeice as mc's test was perfect everything the sight everything not a single out of balance.
