Just depends on your breakup, I still talk with mine daily but there's no feelings between us, I care about him but as a friend
maybe it depends on how u two broke up, I'm friends with one of my exes tho, bcs we chose to be in good terms since we both decided to end things nicely and just be friends after we've healed, we value our companionship even though we no longer want to date each other.. if that make sense 🤷🏻♀️
