I have one huge problem with this manhwa....that is Elise getting praised for things she didn't do.... Elise is intelligent yeah but not a Genius.... She didn't create the procedures or medicines to cure the illnesses, she was handed down everything in modern world which she learnt and applied here which is commendable but it irks me that this Doctor who's actually a hardworking Genius isn't being recognised at all for his work when Elise is getting being praised for things which she learnt from her past life of being an Empress and a doctor .... It's very unfair... If she Elise didn't have knowledge of both of her past lives, she would be nothing but noble girl....and everytime she goes "I am only one who can do it" Bullshit... There are smart doctors for that era, they can handle it but it's so non sensical that everything from military to war to medicine, everything is done by Elise....then what about the Prince? He's smart guy but every accomplishments is Elise's....This manhwa overhyped the FL to the point it's fcking annoying ..... I've read this manhwa twice, it's not a bad one but definitely unrealistic even to the fantasy world ....

I'm sorry if I don't understand the part where you said that it is unfair for Doctor Fallon, they both worked hard to become a great doctor, it's not a matter of being a genius or not.
First, Doctor Fallon is called a genius not bcs he pioneered or contributed something revolutionary for medicine, rather he is considered a genius bcs he is a great doctor with great knowledge about the established medicine due to him studying since he was young, the same goes for Elise.
She also worked all the way from the bottom to the top, to become a great doctor or surgeon, she didn't take any shortcuts in becoming one so it's safe to say that it's a fair game if you look at these details.
The only 'cheat' or advantage of Elise was that what she learned was very advanced modern medicine compared to this era who still only has more or less theories on some parts in this field of study.
So to sum it up, neither of them is a genius but they're certainly hardworkers and very passionate in their profession. Even Dr. Fallon admitted that he ain't a genius, he just studied very well.
Another thing, it's not Elise's fault that she is praised by the people as a genius, it came out like that everytime she performed a never seen before operations which is not her intention, bcs she put saving lives above gaining the title 'genius' that she didn't even want in the first place. Id remember what chapter was it but she once said that she'll raise doubts and suspicions if she take part in that certain operation but saving that patient was more important so she did it anyway (or smthng like that)
And for the part "I am the only one who can do it" i think it's just reasonable for her to think this since she not only have knowledge on modern medicine, she also have experience. It's true that there are other intelligent Doctors in this era but Elise operating in some cases would have a much higher chance of success. It's dangerous to let the other doctors who only knows the theories and without actual experience in operating to take charge bcs not only will it cause harm to the patient but also to the doctor.
I do agree tho that the fl is overhyped here but what can she do? Do you expect Elise to say the names of those who deserve the credit when the people in this area aren't even aware that she went back to the past?
