by the way, there's one significant thing that doesn't get translated from the original version, but recently when they're calling each other's names they've been adding -ah to the end and it warms my heart so so so so much (like; hyunsoo-yah- youngchan-ah) and to me, that's the biggest show of how the relationship had been developing. It's such a sweet touch to me, so I wish that English had an equivalent to dropping formalities.

Is -ah similar to the Japanese -chan?
we always miss this bit of context with translations tbh. it really would be nice if they kept that too. but tysm for sharing. i was wonfering about this.
-ah/-yah at the end of the name usually shows intimacy between people if im not mistaken
