Sigh....quite frankly this was a bullshit story. Am I the only one who feels like she could have made better choices considering how to get her freedom. Why would she go back into the place where she was tortured as a child
Knowing the fate that was awaiting her there. I think had other choices. She could have made a deal with the powerful people in this novel, her brother, the queen etc, healing their loved ones in exchange for money and power. She could have created a business from her skills and she should've been making relationships with loyal people so they would've had her back and so much fuc**** more. She even could've fuc**** seduced the Duke or the prince because it's clear they found her attractive. Instead she had to suffer while knowing what she knew. I could rant about this all day honestly. But i wont be continuing this.
