This is literally revenge story until the end, no happy ending. The top had been gangr*ped by MC in highschool and MC spread the pictures even to the top's mother so now the top is doing the exact same thing to MC. There will be at least 2 gangr*pe scenes and the whole thing ends with MC being disgusted with himself (both out of guild of what he did in the past and beause he has so many enemies that hate him so much to the point they'd r*pe him) so he doesnt want to face society anymore. He ends up staying with the top only because the top is the only person who accepts him despite having been his victim in the past and despite MC having been dirtied by so many people. There are side stories but those aren't any happier either.
