Basically the KR Pres is supporter Hillary-expy, decided to arrest Taekgyu to "Ronald Stamper" would lose, Now after knowing he made a mistake in arresting OTK VP and not the OTK President, he's wondering why MC is doing this presscon and showing the gov did something illegal. The idiot is in denial since his excuse that he only wanted to scare MC after US election goes in his favor and he would make a deal to reconcile later, but now MC fought back by revealing that he is using his position to influence private business dealing (which is illegal for a politician of his position).

well anyway, this current arc ends with NIS chief being the scapegoat for now. But later he'll get his turn behind bars.
