@no information That's called a "A**-kisser" they're mentally impaired, Socially disturbing and have no integrity whatsoever as a person. You can't really find them very easily Irl as they only gather around either the rich, The talented or the attractive. And most people Aren't that so... Thankfully they're a rare find in normal society.
