@Im Traumatised it's from "the greatest estate developer" one of the best peak manhwa. Its about reincarnation, building things (because the MC is civil engineering student), and comedy. Also this manhwa and  the greatest estate has the same author and artist that's why  both the MC in this show had hilarious devil smile and same devil personality
