@Mayaaa if you eat too much fiber such as chia seeds, your sh** is about to be hard af. You only need to eat fiber in moderation because while it does help with your metabolism and other good stuffs with your digestion, it could also harden your stool. You shouldn't eat it everyday 😭😭😭
I suggest lots of liquid, warm soup or water. Or you can do some liquid cleanser. 2 slices of lemon without the seeds, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, some ginger, then warm water. This liquid cleanser was taught to me by my grandma and this makes me sh** A LOT.
