@fu** yeah The power imbalance is off the charts? Dan would lose his grandma to cancer, would be in debt from the hospital bills, homeless and probably beaten to death by loan sharks.
He has NO true choice here and is constantly being ignored when saying no, begging him to be less rough or to stop with no established safe word to rely on. It really doesnt take a detective.
