the age gap between TWO ADULTS.
Roleplay is one thing, chibi is another thing, but this is literally about draw him as a toddler all the time. not once, not twice, not for joking, not for fun,  just simply all the time, very, very strongly suggesting that he's _not an adult_...
It's connecting cuteness (sexually and in general too!!) to being a little child.
Honestly, it's beyond uncomfortable...
