I get that people hate on Derrick and trust me, so do I, but I think one reason is not enough. The only reason yall be hating on him is because he has feelings for his little step sister which I get it, it's disgusting. But let's not forget the fact, that this man als abused Penelope, he abused her, locked her in her room , let her starve, AND has romantic feelings for Penelope. He didn't even try to express his love, instead he tried to lock her away, from the world. If yall noticed, that bird in cage he showed Penelope which had the same colours as Penelope's hair, that bird represented his feelings for Penelope. I will never feel empathy towards Derrick.
We ALL hate red flags, yes WE all somehow like one of them, YES we all are colour blind and YES, we are all a simp for yaoi/Yuri character ✌🏼
