She is that stupid woman with no actual power who let the sense of entitlement arising from being a GAR official get to her head.
She doesn't fear our MC now, but she sure will, if she keeps sending more things his way.

@SomeAB I wouldn't call her a stupid woman, because she has someone else doing her dirty work. Our MC won't know it's her that wants him dead and he won't come after her immediately. I wonder if she will be as arrogant when she realises the MC knows about her? Will she be as drunk on power as she was in the last panel?
