@Edna exactly! This is one of the rare times when I actually want the MC to just off himself and end the pain. Like why can't you just take Sylhan away somewhere and hide him.

Like there's a whole army waitin for Sylhan to just say yes and they're ready to go that one girl tried to speak some sense into sylhan at one point, but they stopped her. Like people are dying daily for him, but he loves being a slave so much for some reason so everyone is stuck
