@dragonsdearestwife Well, there's the manhwa Snake Hole, but it's not as dark as this. But it is so creepy at times. Very kïnky, too... I mean, the top is a snake and also has two dïcks like this one. 

I really liked "Kill my Love" which is a manhua. The top is unhinged. Forces a beta to become an omega, 🍇, etc. Dark romance, but happy ending. Also censored but barely. I think because it's Taiwanese, rather than mainland Chinese, so different laws apply.
