From what I have grabbed so far, it seems he didn't just turn back time for Keira, he just remembered her one month after her death cuz he is trying to figure out when it all went wrong. Before then he still kept on worrying about coshit, he didn't even feel something was off about her. It feels like he didn't go back in time for Keira but instead to clean up his own mistakes
