Firstly you do understand that the wife only started cheating because of the Mc neglect right? Neglect so bad that she could cheat with a chicken delivery boy. Though that doesn't say much since even when he stopped neglect she still continued to cheat. She did regret it I believe not completely sure it's been a while since I read this horrible story but let's move on to the red head why people don't like her. She RAPED him and you and many people seem to look over that fact way to quickly (a big problem in itself) and they had no chemistry the whole manga so there relationship made no sense to and the red head I would say has more of an obsession for the Mc than love But personally I would like if he didn't end up with either the red head or the wife.
