nooo, as an Italian person i can tell you that the taste of pasta is AMAZING, first of all what they are eating i think is spaghetti, the american pasta is made different so it tend to taste not as good as italian, i think.
Pasta can have different flavors like tomato, ragu or pesto, and spaghetti also have different flavors!
