Sometimes. Instead of women's rights, there will be omega's rights. The population of the world probably increase because some male omega's can get pregnant. Gay is not taboo like in the current world. They categorize toilets by six because of the 3 sub-genders and 2 main genders. Biology of the human body will be way more complicated to learn. LMAO am I thinking too much of a world that doesn't exist? Yes. Yes I am.
