@Yww what are you on about? She's an assassin, an assassin can't just barge in and kill a noble in their own home filled with guards that's just not how it works and plus if you're in his situation where you're about to die at any moment I'm sure you'll also panic in fact his pretty smart considering he quickly thought of that in his state

@Imsoawesome if she can't kill him rn as you said then calling the guards to drag her out would be the best solution (unless the guards are also corrupted). His attempt at fake slipping the cup was good but the way he was acting submissive in front of her is annoying, not only will that expose him but it would make him look weak, that's another reason why the maid didn't listen to him.

@Yww knowing she's stronger, she might killed him before the guards even arrived

@Yww im hella late but wdym acting weak he is weak and ur forgetting this is in a game where it took him 10yrs cause u could die for the smallest misstep
