@Swirl  It’s hypocritical to act offended by a plot point while continuing to read the story. First, she isn't smiling because she's 'forced or happy', she's smiling because she knows she's gaining power that will help her later. Second, you're attacking a point I didn't even make. I never said she was happy; I said she was being pragmatic because she has no choice. There is a difference between 'liking' a situation and 'using' a situation to get stronger. If you have to resort to personal insults because you didn't understand the comment, it just shows you don't have a real argument.
