Is atsushi really even the mc? He's so weak and useless it's genuinely sad. We have not seen him do anything significant in the story at all.

@Kurumizawaumeluv what?? Go fu** yourself. Stop standing up for the useless guy when we both know he ain't sh**
@Roselle I'm about to throw hands SO BAD like come at me bia*** how dare you insult Atsushi when he's the REASON half the to-be villains of the series came on the good side AND HE'S TRYING HIS BEST EVEN THOUGH HE'S STILL MOSTLY AN AMATEUR AT FIGHTS MIND YOU IT HASN'T BEEN LONG SINCE JOINED THE AGENCY AND WAS THRUSTED UPON ALL THESE EVENTS he doesn't have years of experience like akutagawa or anybody else literally and even in this chapter aku returned with super strength and durability from his vampire self AND better weaponry meanwhile Atsushi doesn't have allat and he's been barely recoevring from the shock of his literal family dying right infront of him give him a fuc**** break it's been a long while since he's been in peace. In conclusion atsushi is NOT useless, infact judging from his time of being recruited at the agency he's doing AWESOMELY. You or I wouldn't even last a SECOND of what he's going through since forever.pepe sticker

@BsdAddict_Ambivert7 are u mentally ill? Of course me and you wouldn't survive in this world. ITS FUC**** FICTICIOUS. And alright, you do have a point. It's not his fault he has a USELESS FUC**** ABILITY. Imagine everyone else around you having cool a** powers but you can turn into a fuc**** feline. I'd be pretty useless too if I was him. Anyways, what I wanna say if that the story portrays him as the mc but he doesn't have any qualities to back it up. It would be a little bit better if he wasn't such a dumbass and didn't relied on someone else every time he has to do something.
@Roselle yea so incase you thought i admitted defeat so i didn't reply then no i STILL have valid points for this argument. You see, like i said before, Atsushi does NOT have proper combat training most mcs have. Deku went through a lot of professional training plus mini bosses before facing war arc, Tanjiro wet thrugh two years of extreme training+hashira training and mini bosses before infinity castle arc, Yuuji went through Gojo's training and mini bosses before shibuya arc plus he was already buff as he** before all that. Every mc went through enough training and experienced alot before their major battles/arcs. But Atsushi barely got proper training, he was a stickman when he joined the ada and has been thrust upon countless problems since the very beginning with zero experiences and an ability he never knew about or could barely control, let alone fight with it (example how on his FIRST DAY at the ada he was nearly killed by Akutagawa). Atsushi also has Dazai as his mentor who barely has combat skills so that's not helping either. Atsushi only learned a few moves from Kunikida and used past experiences to face the most complicated arc of bsd which isn't near enough when his enemy is a fuc**** G** of sorts. Even then he's trying his best all while dealing with the trauma of the ada members dying infront of his eyes and also believing that it was because of his mistakes they died. Mentally he's NOT OKAY and he's facing all this.
And still from the teaser scene we got from the last ep of season 5 we know that he will fight alongside Akutagawa as sskk against amenogozen. Which is my second point because bsd obviously believes in using united powers against enemies more than solo battles like with skk and fukumori duos as well. These duos bring out the best of each other which make them stronger against anybody else. Even if Akutagawa has got a total upgrade here with his remaining vampire abilities and weapons, he still wouldn't be able to cmpletely beat amenogozen on his own. Sskk must be the one to defeat him together. Also, another thing is that Atsushi DOES have enough potential, since in the beast manga we see that under the guidance of the mafia he became strong enough to wipe out organizations on his own. So no he isn't lacking in potential or strength, just in experience and skills. And even then he's doing a better job then he was supposed to. He will definitely take down amenogozen as the mc soon enough, that I'm sure of. So yea stop saying that Atsushi is useless because logically speaking it;s not even his fault😁🖕
@BsdAddict_Ambivert7 HOLY YAP. You say he doesn't have any experience but I think he's been in enough life or death situations in order to pick up a few skills but what do we see? Absolutely nothing. And okay, I accept that him being weak and useless may not entirely be his fault but why is he always such a crybaby and relying on someone else to finish the job. Also one more thing, why the he** are yall so butthurt from me saying I don't like Atsushi 😂 Like am I not allowed to have and express my own opinions? And for G**'s sake, chill out. This is a work of fiction. You don't have to get ur panties in a twist defending some fictional guy being a total weakling
