He's acting jealous while he doesn't have a relationship with her more than like a boss. Just because she said that she wouldn't leave him, doesn't mean she's his property or something. Still don't like him!

totally agree. 
But even the duke is no saint. He rejected her so harshly like he will kill her but now as he needs her he thinks he owns her. Atleast the Prince have helped her so many times, always considering her feelings but the duke he has only created problems with her. And what right does he have to ask weather she likes the Prince or not.
