@Keiko_Dooshik Supremacy  He ( Noah) was originally  a Beta but when ML(Ian) obsessively kept covering  him(Noah) in pheromones and force MC into sexual intercourse during his rut +knotting/bonding after MC when back to Korea MC was sickthat's when he finds out he was pregnant and became an omega.

@Life2020 yeah that's what I meant because so far from the omegaverses I read if ur exposed to too much alpha pheromones especially if they are a dominant or true blood it's most likely that they can turn u into an omega

@Goggyie   that's true and that's exactly what happened. Because Ml(Ian) is dominated/ true blood that's why he (Ian) was taken away from his mother as a child. That's what their child is going through right now. Since he (their son) wasn't Diagnosed or treated with the proper medicine his constantly sick until now.
