well autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder, just like Tourette's syndrome for example. And it is definetly an insult for the majority of people since caling someone autistic is the same as calling that person unable to communicate well or tell them that they have a lot of social problems.
I mean I heard some people call ADHD a superpower before, which I can partially agree with, but autism? how would autism be a superpower?
I was asked if/or told that I am autistic a lot in my life and not once did the person aksing/telling me that mean it as anything but an insult.
So while it may be possible for you and whoever these "us" people are, to see autism as a superpower I want you to know that most people would see it as an insult. Especially in the way you responded to @pro
