She got classed as that because everyone loves Patricia and Andrew has a good public image.  And we've seen how utter garbage they were.  So it wouldn't be hard for them and their staff members to spread rumors. While the helpless introvert was stuck doing all the paperwork and hard stuff that those Patricia and Andrew were either too stupid, or too lazy to do themselves. 

Add in, that Patricia has all of High Society, Royalty, and the Public wrapped around her fingers.  A few nasty rumors hidden as "concern" or "sorrow at her sister's cruel actions" would make sure those rumors spread like wildfire.

@/ Suzette They're from an other kingdom some they most likely only know the rumors abt her  and seeing her reputation it can't be good rumors

@/ Suzette well before it said that she used wicked plots to get her way and refused to budge as a stubborn woman, that is all tho :/
