Now he isn't even thinking about modern world so does that mean it was fake or it exists but he is choosing illusion over reality? Cause whenever he used to go to modern world he used to get dragged here but now that he choose this he ain't getting dragged to modern world, so in my conclusion this is his real world , but how did he get the knowledge of modern world?

@Dosenotlikeu this should be the real one, since the "medicine" he was forced to take supposed to "get rid of the illusion".
