Dana believed in Lulu, and bravely said that she didn't do it, and that she was trying to stop Cynthia.Cynthia said that Dana was in cahoots with Lulu and was framing her. She even said Lulu gave Dana a drawing set as a proof. She said Lulu was jealous of her for having a mom, so she framed her mom and had her locked up, so that Cynthia won't have a mom too.
Lulu asked why would she be jealous, and even if Aphelia is being given to her for free, she wouldn't want her. She said she has her father, and brothers, so she never felt lacking.She asked Cynthia if she was basing her by her standards, and Cynthia retorted that it was Lulu who's greedy. Lulu smiled and said Cynthia was just like her mother. Cynthia got angry and tried to hit Lulu and was stopped by Ares.Lulu asked why she got angry for being praised that she looks like her mom, and Cynthia stayed silent.
Ixion praised Lulu for defeating someone without the use of her fists.Lulu asked the Duke to write a letter to the empress because she was the one who sent Aphelia to them to marry the duke. Lulu added that Cynthia said that the emperor approved of it. Cynthia tried to deny it, but Lulu said that there was proof, as it was the empress who gave a dress to Cynthia and the egg of the mythical beast to Aphelia. By sending a letter a protest to the emperor, Aphelia and her daughter are practically cut off from the social scenes once their actions were known.

The Duke, Ares, and Ixion, then let Lulu and Dana out, and they said they will talk to Cythia. Afterwards, the mother-daughter duo were kicked out of the duchy.
