@b** Part of cultivation is you can control your physical age and appearance. A woman of a thousand years can look like a woman fresh out of adolescence. 

A lot of cultures respect men's age while preferring youth in women. So with cultivation you can have a man of centuries looking like an elder, and a woman older than him looking like a young maid.
