He couldn't cultivate then let alone know about Martial dao.. so it doesn't really count tho
No he definetly knew. He was a member of the Yang Family before he entered High Heaven Sect so he had already seen the top of the world at least what he believed to be the whole world. Even though he couldn't cultivate he still knew everything he could at that point of time which includes the Martial Dao
