@Bozo that's the thing, it wasn't his fault. He didn't make the conscience decision to do that. As for "he needs to be punished" He wouldn't be even that liable in trail in the real world because he was drugged. In fact, if the person who facilitated the drugs had an idea that something like this could happen, in the eyes of the law, Matthew could also be considered a victim.
And he IS aware that what he did, even if he never wanted to do that, was wrong and I don't get how you can't notice how horrifie,d, guilty and destroyed he is after noticing what he did. He's taking accountability, he's seeking help for him and he will punish himself.
