That picture looks like him but with make up maybe a sister and the man next to her is actually him?? Ohhh I can see where this might go

@Jen The woman could be his mother or his Twin sister. But he said no hiding it could be a clue that the person in the picture is himself but cross dressed as a women. Also we never heard him say anything about that he is men only others think he is a she. But that's just a Theory.
@Jen my guess is that he dated a guy who was so embarrassed to be dating a man that the director either felt like the only way for them to be out in public was to look feminine OR the director was forced/guilt tripped to dress that way by their lover and now they just keep their hair long
