Actually it is treatable..
There are many people that go through hard therapy work to help their condition. Just because someone has narcissistic personality disorder don't want to necessarily be assh**** to those around them. it's called a psychological disorder for a reason.
And this is by no means an excuse btw, not every narcissist out there wants treatment. But you often find that telling them have an incurable disease just makes it worse...
