I'm like 99% sure that their child is a female alpha, and as all alphas, they have a Di**. So like, in this world, if you got a Di** you're a guy, right? So, since they weren't sure what gender to put on the birth certificate, they tried to dress their child up as a boy. But the child, wanted to be more feminine, cause' she's a girl, just an alpha, right? So I'm pretty sure that she's a female alpha. That's why at one of the chapters at the end, Wei Wei told their baby to pee the right way lol
