Honestly, I think blonde and the red hair is both wrong in this situation, I mean, the red head should've really taken care of his stuff and not leaving them in random places... And the fact that he blamed it towards the blonde itself speaks a whole lot about his issues (because you know? He accused him of stealing his laptop..) ... While I think that the blond guy does have some reason on why he kept keeping the missing stuff.. (probably to teach the guy not to be forgetful and careless) it's still wrong to keep them.. although on the other side, if there's a scenario where the blonde kept returning the lost stuff.. the outcome will be that the red hair will be actively relaying on blonde to get his missing stuff for him. (And trust me, it will get annoying)
And this just proves that the red head isn't ready to live on his own yet, let alone with roommates since he is very immature and always put blame on others without even considering what happened before (you know?
