@Shimi no, this is very toxic, calling someone too soft for not being able to handle this level of toxicity is low of you. I personally dont mind the toxicity as I know to keep my distance from the work but if its too toxic for someone they aren't soft, they are normal, its a normal response. Dont normalise toxicity
