@DisplayName There are a mountain of series where the love interest appears with the mc as a child. There are even some where they get married at age 9 and live together with the child husband home.

@DisplayName tbf, he doesn't look much older than 12 and demons have that growth spurt at age 5 so they could be closer in age than appearance implies
