this feeling is the worst... i had been in that same place, where you do a "last time" that is never the last... but it's the beginning of the end, and you have to learn to live with it when it ends... loving still the person and his body, awakening feelings for her, but unable to bring back the past, only seeing how the present and the future take her away from you
