He was scr ewed over by his first 'love', it made him suspicious and bitter.
Instinctively he knows he can trust him, otherwise he would try avoiding him, but something inside him is seeking him out ... I'm the same, I mistrust most men I meet, but whenever I meet a decent guy I'm so overwhelmed I stay away.
