GUYS i think that's not a tattoo like a lot of you predicted HEAR ME OUT cause i used to love love greek mythology back in school. so we all know this is inspired by sizyphus, since it's in the name. if u know that story, u start to notice MANY similiarities. like of course rock on the mountain. in the og story sizyphus was basically ,,cursed" in the underworld to roll the rock up the mountain for it to just roll back..and it's about that endless cycle. Here i think Guwon also might have some type of obligation, since he will do anything to protect his town and people yadayada. idk why tho, there might be more things in common with the og story, so i suggest you read it. AND about the black skin i think it's burned skin:) it was my first thought, and sizyphus was striked by zeus as a form of punishment, and he basically burned. so Guwon probably also had something similiar happen also with all those stitches etc:p and btw in the og story the point was also that people couldn't die, and in the end, death came back, and with that sizyphus left to the underworld. so that might be the big plot twist, when guwon completes his ,,task" he will go back, just like we saw him come from the ground in the 1st chapter. Anyways these are all just an assumptions for fun cause i am already in love with this manhwa and its so unique how the author incorporated greek mythology
