yeah let me explain it. 

FIRST LIFE= lived as the cayena that died at the hands of the yandere duke and was stupid and clueless and loved Raphael like crazy. 

SECOND LIFE= lived in our world and her first life was portrayed as a novel. 

THIRD LIFE (this life)= is what we are reading I can't think of a better way to say it. 

And if you've read WMMAP aka Who Made Me A Princess it's exactly the same as how Athansia aka Athy was reincarnated.
