People be getting angry at the mc like helloooo the flow is kind of realistic, you can't just throw everything you've had for seven years. His actions shows that he really loves the ml and so on. Try to be rational and you'll get why.

Jaden Cena those seven years aren't just full of him suffering, the suffering only started almost a year before the accident takes place. Mc even have a flashbacks in the previous chapters that shows that those seven years aren't just him suffering. For example the one year ago flashback where they show mc and ml doing it lovingly in the high floor
