@Future mangaka I was thinking the same thing but I think those people are too violent and war hungry to be convinced otherwise. He'd have to find people who fight for peace or are pacifist like him.

@Future mangaka he could try by giving the leader roll to bauldr and have him work with canute since all three of them want some form of peace bauldr could hand over his position to canute and work something out from there
